Analytics (only with your consent, i.e. "Accept")
Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) may load Google Analytics 4 and related measurement tags. Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) provides session recordings and heatmaps. Form inputs are masked in Clarity using data-clarity-mask. None of these load when the relevant ID is unset or you choose "Reject".
Advertising (only with your consent, i.e. "Accept")
The Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). Cookies: _fbp (90 days) and _fbc (90 days, only if you clicked a Meta ad). When you accept, click IDs (fbclid, gclid) and Pixel page-visit tracking are used for ad measurement. Local storage: lastExternalReferrer, lastExternalReferrerTime, multiFbc. Purpose: measuring and improving our Facebook and Instagram ads. Choosing "Reject" means none of these are set. If you reject cookies, an anonymous count of enquiries is shared with Meta, with no cookies or personal details. This count may be transmitted to Meta Platforms in the United States under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receives this count and uses it under its own terms (the Meta Business Tools Terms) as a separate controller. It is not our processor. We have asked Meta to apply Limited Data Use to these events; this is a Meta setting designed for US privacy laws and does not change your rights under UK law.

Changing your mind
